Usage data

When you visit our web pages, so called usage data is temporarily stored on our web Server for statistical purposes as a protocol in order to improve the Quality of our web pages. This record consists of:

• the page from which the file was requested,
• the Name of the file,
• the date and time of the query,
• the amount of data transmitted,
• the acces Status (file transmitted, file not found),
•the desciption of the type of web browser used,
• • the IP address of the requesting computer, which is shortened in such way that a personal reference can no longer be established.

The mentioned protocol data will only be stored anonymously.

Storage of the IP address

We store the IP address transmitted by your web browser strictly earmarked for the duration of seven days in order to be able to recognize, limit and eliminate attacks on our web pages. After this period has expired, we delete or anonymise the IP address. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO.

Contact form

You have the possibility to contact us via a web form. To use our contact form, we need your name and e-mail address. You can provide further information, but you do not have to.

CONSENT

By sending this web form, you agree that the data you provide may be electronically collected and stored. The legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 para. 1 a DSGVO. We use your data exclusively to process your inquiry. Your consent can be revoked at any time, e.g. by e-mail to info@oas.de

Applications

We process your personal data according to the valid data protection regulations on the basis of § 26 BDSG-neu. We process the data that you disclose to us as part of your online application exclusively for the purpose of selecting applications. Data processing for other purposes does not take place.

You yourself determine the scope of the data that you wish to transmit to us as part of your online application. Online applications are transferred electronically to our personnel department where they are processed as quickly as possible. The transmission is encrypted. As a rule, applications are forwarded to the heads of the relevant departments in our company. Beyond that a passing on of your data does not take place. Your data will be treated confidentially in our company. If your application is unsuccessful, your documents will be deleted after 6 months.

In the event that we are also allowed to consider your application for other or future job advertisements, please include a note to this effect on your application. We will then process your data on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO.

Data security

In order to protect your data from unwanted access as comprehensively as possible, we take technical and organizational measures. We use an encryption procedure on our pages. Your information is transferred from your computer to our server and vice versa the internet using TLS encryption. You can recognize this by the fact that the lock symbol in the status bar of your browser is closed and the address bar begins with https://.

Your rights as a user

When processing your personal data, the DSGVO grants you as a website user certain rights:

1. Right to information (Art. 15 DSGVO):

You have the right to request confirmation as to whether personal data relating to you are being processed; if this is the case, you have the right to access this personal data and information specified in Art. 15 DSGVO.

2. The right to rectification and cancellation (Art. 1 and 17 DSGVO):

You also have the right to demand that personal data relating to you be deleted immediately if one of the reasons listed in Art. 17 DSGVO applies in detail, e.g. if the data are no longer required for the purposes pursued..

3. The right to limit the processing (Art. 18 DSGVO):

You have the right to demand the restriction of the processing if one of the conditions listed in Art. 18 DSGVO is met, e.g. if you have lodged an objection against the processing for the duration of any examination.

4. Right to data transferability (Art. 20 DSGVO):

In certain cases, which are listed in detail in Art. 20 DSGVO, you have the right to receive the personal data concerning you in a structured, common or machine-readable format or to request the transfer of this data to a third party.

5. Right of objection (Art. 21 DSVGO):

If data is collected on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f (data processing to safeguard legitimate interests), you have the right to object to such processing at any time for reasons arising from your particular situation. We will then no longer process the personal data unless there are verifiable compelling grounds for processing worthy of protection which outweigh the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject, or the processing serves the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims.

6. Right of appeal to a supervisory authority::

According to Art. 77 DSGVO, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you are of the opinion that the processing of the data concerning you violates data protection provisions. The right to appeal may, in particular, be exercised before a supervisory authority in the Member State in which you are staying, at your place of work or at the place where the alleged infringement was committed.
